Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (depending on your preference), provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

Custom-made or personalized products

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@speedysupply.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

To maintain the quality, texture, and appearance of your polyester woven pillow covers, please follow these care instructions:

Hand Washing Pillow Covers (Without Pillow Inners)

• Always remove the inner before washing.

• Wash in cold or lukewarm water using a mild detergent.

• Gently hand wash the cover—avoid harsh scrubbing, twisting, or wringing, as this may distort the woven fibers.

• Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.

• Press out excess water with a clean towel—do not wring.

• Lay flat or hang to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, which may cause fading.

Cleaning Covers with Pillow Inners

• Do not wash the pillow with the inner intact.

• Spot clean only using a damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent.

• Gently blot the affected area—avoid soaking the fabric.

• Allow to air dry completely in a shaded area before reuse.

• Do not bleach, tumble dry, or machine wash, as this may damage both the fabric and the inner filling.
